As President, Denise White opened DWE’s Southern California office in 2008. She has close to twenty five years of on-site and portfolio real estate management experience, with a strong background in retail, office and industrial operations. She is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management and holds a California Real Estate Brokers license. Her experience includes budget preparation and implementation, expense control, contract negotiation and administration, and employee supervision. She is personally accountable for new business development, in addition to managing and supervising the asset services department on a day-to-day basis, coupled with developing, training and coaching the asset services team.  She is directly responsible for all managed accounts, as well as the initial transition to the day-to-day management aspects, and for the overall performance of the properties under management.  This includes, annual budgeting, monthly financial reports including budget variance and delinquency updates, rent collections, lease administration, and tenant compliance.

Experience:
Prior to starting DWE Real Estate Services, Ms. White was the Director of Property Management at RBI Management Services in their Southern California office.  In this position, Ms. White successfully grew the overall third party management by close to seven times.  She was personally responsible for all managed accounts, including initial transition to the day to day management aspects,  along with training and supporting the property management staff.  Prior to joining RBI, Ms. White was the Vice President for Strata Realty, Inc., where she effectively grew the company’s third-party management portfolio by 30 percent in 10 months and was responsible for all new business development.  She also worked as a Senior Real Estate Manager with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. for over twelve years, where she directly managed and oversaw more than six million square feet of real estate and directed seven fill-time employees.  Prior to CBRE, she held positions with Koll Real Estate Services as well as The Charles Dunn Company.
